I have the Res Med S9 auto set which I have been using for about one month. While the daily usage info on the machine indicates all is normal I would like to access the data from the sd card.I know it can be done but not how.

I am new to this process but must say I have learned quite a bit from following the forum.

Is there anyone who can help me in a simplified way?

I have read in another thread that you have download the software so i.m not sure of the question if it is related to the software download or that you need a card reader and if it is a card reader than any generic card reader will do the job and read through the Rescan clinician,s manual that comes with the download .
Hope you have worked it out and best of luck .

For some reason when I tried to read the data off the SD card, it just showed up as empty. Tried different computer and just the same thing. I had to switch hidden files on for anything to actually be picked up. Is this normal? I've had no actual problems with the unit itself.
Quite new to the whole CPAP thing as I'd never even considered it to be any worse than snoring.

Respironics REMstar plus do not record full data even if it had a card , it record only hours of use ( compliance ).
